Mille-Feuille fillo

Ingredients:
1 pack of Goulash Candy

 

Ghee or Butter

 

Honey or Syrup

 

Custard

 

Sugar

 

Caramel Sauce

 

Preparation:
For the fillo:
  1. Grease the bottom of a baking tray with ghee or butter.
  2. Spread the first layer of Goulash Candy on the tray.
  3. Brush the layer of fillo with ghee and distribute it evenly.
  4. Repeat the process by adding layers of fillo , brushing each layer with ghee until the desired thickness for the mille-feuille.
  5. Cut the fillo into equal pieces before baking.
  6. Place another tray on top of the fillo to keep it flat while baking.
  7. Bake the fillo in the oven until golden.
For the Filling:
  1. In a bowl, mix:
    • ½ liter of milk
    • 3 tablespoons of custard powder
    • ¼ cup of sugar
  2. Stir the mixture over medium heat until the custard dissolves and thickens.
  3. Place the filling in the fridge to set.
Assembling the Mille-Feuille:
  1. Pour honey over the baked fillo , according to your taste.
  2. Add a layer of custard filling over the fillo and repeat to form consecutive layers.
  3. Finally, decorate with caramel sauce for a distinctive flavor.
