Dubai Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 pack of Candy roasted kunafa

 

Pistachio sauce

 

Plain chocolate mold

 

Edible golden food powder for decoration

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Prepare the filling: Mix the roasted kunafa with pistachio sauce until well combined.
  2. Prepare the chocolate mold: Lightly coat the silicone mold with the golden edible powder for decoration.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until smooth and liquid.
  4. Pour the first layer of melted chocolate into the silicone mold, ensuring it coats the sides evenly.
  5. Place the mold in the freezer until the first chocolate layer is completely solidified.
  6. Once the chocolate is set, add a layer of the kunafa-pistachio filling over the chocolate.
  7. Pour a second layer of melted chocolate over the filling to cover it completely.
  8. Return the mold to the freezer until the chocolate is firm and set.
  9. Gently remove the chocolates from the mold and serve.
