Ouzzi fillo

Ingredients:
1 pack of Candy Phyllo dough

 

Ghee or butter

 

Meat chunks

 

Basmati rice

 

Peas

 

Nuts
Preparation method:
  1. Prepare the filling with basmati rice, meat chunks, peas, and nuts.
  2. Grease a baking dish with a layer of ghee or butter.
  3. In a round bowl, add another layer of ghee or butter.
  4. Unroll the phyllo sheets one by one. Take one full phyllo sheet, fold it in half, and place it in the bowl.
  5. Take another sheet and place it upside down on the first one, ensuring the edges are aligned.
  6. Add the filling over the phyllo layers inside the bowl.
  7. Fold the edges over the filling to form a closed ball of phyllo dough.
  8. Flip the ball inside the bowl and place it in the greased baking dish.
  9. Place the dish in the oven on a low heat until the phyllo is cooked and turns golden brown.
