Konafa Roll with Custard
Ingredients:
1 jumbo pack of Candy’s dried Konafa Rolls – 5 kg (for chefs)
Ghee or butter
Honey or sugar syrup (as desired)
Custard (for filling)
Preparation Method:

Arrange the konafa rolls in a suitable baking tray.

Brush them generously with ghee or butter.

Bake in a medium-heat oven until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey or syrup, as preferred.

Let them cool slightly, then fill with custard.

Serve immediately after filling.
