Konafa Roll with Custard

Ingredients:
1 jumbo pack of Candy’s dried Konafa Rolls – 5 kg (for chefs)

 

Ghee or butter

 

Honey or sugar syrup (as desired)

 

Custard (for filling)

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Arrange the konafa rolls in a suitable baking tray.
  2. Brush them generously with ghee or butter.
  3. Bake in a medium-heat oven until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey or syrup, as preferred.
  5. Let them cool slightly, then fill with custard.
  6. Serve immediately after filling.
