Burma with Cream (Fake Style)

Ingredients:
1 pack of Burma-style Kunafa from Candy (5 kg for chefs)

 

Cream for filling

 

Ghee or butter

 

Sugar syrup (as desired)

 

Crushed pistachios (for garnish)

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Take a portion of the Burma Kunafa strands and spread them out on a clean surface.
  2. Place a suitable amount of cream in the center of the strands.
  3. Roll the Kunafa into a log shape (Burma) and seal the edges well.
  4. Repeat the process until the desired quantity is prepared.
  5. Arrange the Kunafa rolls in a baking tray.
  6. Drizzle ghee or butter generously over the top of the rolls.
  7. Bake the tray in a preheated oven at medium temperature until the Kunafa turns a golden, appetizing color.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately pour cold sugar syrup over the hot Kunafa, as desired.
  9. Cut the rolls and arrange them on a serving plate.
  10. Garnish with crushed pistachios.
  11. Serve warm or at room temperature.
