Candy Signature Kunafa for Chefs

Ingredients:
1 pack of Candy Signature Kunafa (5 kg)

 

Ghee or butter

 

Sugar syrup (Ater) or honey

 

Cream for filling

 

Crushed peanuts and raisins (for filling)

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Grease a baking tray with a layer of ghee or butter.
  2. Spread a layer of Signature Kunafa at the bottom of the tray and press gently.
  3. Add the filling: cream + crushed peanuts + raisins (or as desired).
  4. Cover the filling with another layer of Kunafa and press gently.
  5. Brush the top with a light layer of ghee or butter.
  6. Bake in a medium-heat oven until golden.
  7. Once out of the oven, pour cold sugar syrup or honey over the Kunafa (as preferred).
  8. Serve warm or cold as desired.
