Mille-Feuille fillo
Ingredients:
1 pack of Candy Fillo
Whipped cream
Strawberry jam
Butter or ghee
Preparation:

Place a sheet of fillo pastry and brush it well with butter.

Add another sheet on top and brush it with butter. Repeat until you reach the desired amount.

Cut the pastry into equal rectangular pieces.

Arrange the pieces on a baking tray and bake at a medium temperature until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

Place one layer of mille-feuille on a serving plate.

Spread an even layer of whipped cream on top.

Add another layer of mille-feuille and repeat with another whipped cream layer.

Place the final layer of mille-feuille and spread strawberry jam on top for decoration.

Optionally, add additional garnishes as desired and serve.
