Kunafa for Nabulsiya

Ingredients:
1 pack of shredded Kunafa for Nabulsiya

 

Ghee or butter

 

Honey or sugar syrup

 

Mozzarella cheese

 

Crushed pistachios for garnish

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Grease a baking pan with ghee or butter.
  2. Spread the shredded Kunafa evenly in the pan and press it down.
  3. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese over the Kunafa.
  4. Place the pan on medium heat and cook while gently rotating to ensure even heat distribution until the Kunafa turns golden and the cheese melts.
  5. Carefully flip the Kunafa onto another pan.
  6. Pour cold honey or sugar syrup over the Kunafa as desired.
  7. Garnish with crushed pistachios and serve hot.
