Chocolate Kunafa Tray
Ingredients:
Candy Kunafa Dough
Chocolate
Ghee or Butter
Preparation Method:

Finely chop the kunafa dough until it becomes soft.

Grease a baking tray with ghee, then spread half of the kunafa evenly.

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler and pour it evenly over the kunafa layer.

Add the remaining kunafa on top of the chocolate layer and press it down gently.

Place the tray on low heat, rotating it continuously until the edges turn golden brown.

Add some ghee around the edges and continue cooking until the kunafa is evenly golden.

Transfer the kunafa to another greased tray, flipping it carefully.

Repeat the process until both sides achieve a golden-brown color and are fully cooked.

Place the kunafa on a serving plate and drizzle melted chocolate over the top.

Serve warm or chilled, as desired.
