Kunafa Tray with Mozzarella Cheese and Nuts

Ingredients:
Candy Kunafa Dough

 

Mozzarella Cheese

 

Pistachios

 

Ghee or Butter

 

Honey or Sugar Syrup

 

Preparation:
  1. Cut the kunafa dough into very small pieces.
  2. Grease a pan with ghee and place it on the stove.
  3. Add a layer of pistachios over the ghee.
  4. Spread half of the kunafa evenly over the pistachios.
  5. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese over the kunafa.
  6. Cover the cheese with the remaining kunafa dough.
  7. Cook on low heat while rotating the pan to ensure even cooking.
  8. Once the edges turn golden, add more ghee to the sides and continue cooking.
  9. Grease another pan with ghee, then flip the kunafa into it to cook the other side.
  10. Repeat the process until both sides are golden brown.
  11. Pour honey or sugar syrup over the kunafa before serving.
