Fillo with Minced Meat

Ingredients:
Fillo pastry from Candy

 

Cooked minced meat

 

Milk

 

1 egg

 

Butter

 

Mozzarella cheese

 

Preparation:
  1. Grease the baking tray with butter.
  2. Place half of the fillo pastry in the tray, brushing butter between each layer.
  3. Spread the cooked minced meat over the pastry.
  4. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Cover with the remaining fillo pastry, brushing butter between layers.
  6. Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles as desired.
  7. Mix the egg with the milk and pour it evenly over the pastry.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot.
