Cheese Fillo
Ingredients:
1 pack of Candy Fillo
Mozzarella cheese sticks
Colored bell peppers
Ghee
Preparation Method:

Cut the Fillo sheets in half widthwise.

Take one piece of Fillo and place a portion of mozzarella cheese and a slice of bell pepper inside.

Roll the Fillo tightly around the filling.

Repeat the steps until you finish the desired quantity.

Arrange the rolled Fillo pieces in a baking tray greased with ghee.

Brush the top of the Fillo with ghee using a pastry brush.

Bake in a preheated oven at a moderate temperature until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve hot.
