Amounts:
Half a kilo of konafa
½ cup heavy cream for desserts (see ingredients in our recipe for cream)
200 grams of ghee
pistachio for garnish
Preparation method :
1- Take a tray and grease it with ghee and set it aside .
2- For this recipe you will need stainless steel conical cones to make a cornice The kunafa, all you have to do after unpacking the kunafa is to wrap it around the cones.
3- Start by wrapping slices of kunafa around each funnel, starting from the bottom up, and then cutting off the excess.
4- Put the kunafa sticks in the tray and grease them with ghee lightly, then put them in the oven until golden in color, then leave them to cool a little.
5- Put the cream in a cake decorating funnel, then spread it in the kunafa cornet and sprinkle it with pistachios.
