Khousrof Economic Group has its roots in Homs, Syria since 1979. It all started in a form of small place producing Kunafa dough under the name Homs' Kunafa Factory. Throughout years, the small factory gradually expanded to become one of the biggest Kunafa Dough factories in the region. With strategic aspirations, three other factories were launched in 2006 to produce high-quality products, namely: Instant Noodles, Food Flavoring as well as Food Grade Plastic. These factories soon became leading in their respective branch. In our quest to keep expanding and meet the increasing demand on our products in several markets, a new facility was established in Cairo, Egypt (2013) under the name Panorama Alsharq for Food Industry to produce various types of Pastry Dough such as Kunafa, Baklava Fillo and Gulash Fillo Pastry Leaves.
Our mission is supporting pastry chefs with producing delicious sweets that make consumers happy! We do so by offering products with the highest quality and safety standards. In addition, our products are easy to shape and bake, which saves the pastry chef time and effort.

This has always positively reflected on the quality and hygiene of the product, which made us pioneers in the market. Therefore, we always strive to challenge ourselves in finding the best modern, safe and highly productive ways in our work When we started, we were a start-up company that owned only one low-productivity Kunafa machine. But we always had the ambition to expand and spread until our products became dominant in the local markets and with a name always associated with quality globally. Therefore, we always aspire to increase our production capacity to bring happiness to every home. At Panorama, we love the variety in food and bringing satisfaction to every taste.
