Amounts:
Half a kilo of konafa
kilo mango
2 sachets of whipping cream (see our recipe ingredients for whipping cream)
2 tablespoons of cream
200 grams of ghee
1 cup honey (see ingredients in our recipe for honey)
How to prepare:
1- Put the kunafa in a food processor and run it until it breaks down and becomes short threads.
2- Put the ghee in a wide pan, then put the kunafa and stir constantly until it turns golden.
3- Drain the kunafa from the excess ghee completely , then spread the honey over the kunafa.
4- Prepare the cream and mango by whisking the cream with the cream and cutting the mango into cubes .
5- Bring a number of cups or cups, and distribute a little kunafa in each cup, then add a little cream and some mango pieces.
6- Then put a quantity of kunafa again and decorate the surface with cream and mango
