Baklava with Walnuts
Ingredients:
1 roll of baklava dough (2.5 kg)
Ghee or butter
Honey or sugar syrup (as desired)
Crushed walnuts for filling
Preparation Method:

Take several sheets of baklava dough and lay them out on a work surface.

Brush them with an appropriate amount of ghee or butter.

Spread the crushed walnut filling over the dough.

Roll it tightly into a log shape.

Place the roll in a suitable baking tray.

Repeat the steps until all the quantity is used.

Brush the top with an additional amount of ghee or butter.

Bake in a medium-heated oven until it reaches the desired golden color.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with syrup (honey or sugar syrup).

Cut as desired, garnish with crushed walnuts, and serve.
