Baklava with Walnuts

Ingredients:
1 roll of baklava dough (2.5 kg)
Ghee or butter
Honey or sugar syrup (as desired)
Crushed walnuts for filling
 
Preparation Method:
  1. Take several sheets of baklava dough and lay them out on a work surface.
  2. Brush them with an appropriate amount of ghee or butter.
  3. Spread the crushed walnut filling over the dough.
  4. Roll it tightly into a log shape.
  5. Place the roll in a suitable baking tray.
  6. Repeat the steps until all the quantity is used.
  7. Brush the top with an additional amount of ghee or butter.
  8. Bake in a medium-heated oven until it reaches the desired golden color.
  9. Remove from the oven and drizzle with syrup (honey or sugar syrup).
  10. Cut as desired, garnish with crushed walnuts, and serve.
