Fine Nabulsi Kunafa, rubbed (ground) for making Nabulsi Kunafa.
Carefully prepared using the finest ingredients to give you a smooth and consistent texture, perfect for making authentic Nabulsi Kunafa.

 

 

 Dough Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – Sugar – Vegetable Oils – Salt – Water – May Contain Starch – May Contain a Permitted Food Coloring Used for Coloring Food Products.

Preparation Instructions:
  • Lightly grease the tray with a thin layer of ghee.
  • Spread an appropriate amount of kunafa evenly in the tray, pressing gently with the palm of your hand until it holds together.
  • Add the cheese, making sure it is kept slightly away from the edges of the tray to prevent it from sticking to the sides.
  • Place the tray over low heat at first, then increase the heat after about five minutes to ensure the kunafa sets properly.
  • Once the desired golden color is achieved, invert the kunafa onto a slightly larger serving tray and pour the sugar syrup over it.
