Sambosa with Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients:
1 pack of Samboosa from Candy
Oil for frying
Mozzarella cheese
 
Preparation:
  1. Take a sheet of samboosa and place a suitable amount of mozzarella in the center.
  2. Fold the sheet into a triangle and repeat the steps with the remaining samboosa sheets.
  3. Heat plenty of oil in a pan over high heat.
  4. Place the samboosa in the hot oil and let it fry until golden brown.
  5. Remove the samboosa from the oil and allow it to drain a little from the excess oil.
  6. Serve the samboosa hot.
