Sambosa with Mozzarella Cheese
Ingredients:
1 pack of Samboosa from Candy
Oil for frying
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation:

Take a sheet of samboosa and place a suitable amount of mozzarella in the center.

Fold the sheet into a triangle and repeat the steps with the remaining samboosa sheets.

Heat plenty of oil in a pan over high heat.

Place the samboosa in the hot oil and let it fry until golden brown.

Remove the samboosa from the oil and allow it to drain a little from the excess oil.

Serve the samboosa hot.
