Kunafa with Cream Tray

Ingredients:
1 pack of Candy Kunafa

 

Ghee or butter

 

Honey or syrup

 

Cream

 

Nuts for decoration

 

Preparation:
  1. Freeze the kunafa well, then cut it into very small pieces.
  2. Place the chopped kunafa in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of ghee or butter, and mix well until the ghee is evenly distributed.
  3. Grease a tray with a layer of ghee or butter.
  4. Place a layer of kunafa at the bottom of the tray.
  5. Add a layer of cream on top of the kunafa.
  6. Add another layer of kunafa over the cream.
  7. Bake the tray in the oven until the kunafa turns golden.
  8. After removing the tray from the oven, pour cold honey over it, according to your preference.
  9. Decorate with your favorite nuts.
