Kab El fillo
Ingredients:
1 pack of Candy Fillo dough
Ghee or butter
Honey or syrup
Whipped cream (chantilly)
Cherry for decoration
Preparation method:

Cut the fillo dough into small square pieces.

Grease a muffin tin with ghee or butter.

Layer the cut pieces of fillo dough in the tin, adjusting the thickness to your preference.

Spread a layer of ghee or butter evenly on top of the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven on a low heat until golden brown.

Once baked, pour cold syrup over the fillo dough as desired.

Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the baked dough.

Garnish with cherries and serve.
