Fillo Rolls with Chocolate and Nuts
Ingredients:
1 pack of Fillo pastry
Butter or Ghee
Honey or Sugar syrup
Chocolate
Chopped Nuts
Preparation:

Unroll the Fillo pastry and cut it into large strips.

Take a strip of Fillo and roll it around a thin stick, leaving a small portion at the end.

Scrunch the Fillo at the rolled part around the stick and gently pull the stick out.

Roll the Fillo back onto itself to form a circle.

Place the rolled Fillo in a baking dish.

Brush the Fillo with a layer of butter or ghee.

Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat until golden brown.

Once out of the oven, pour honey or syrup over the Fillo as desired.

Add the chocolate filling in the center of the Fillo rolls.

Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
