Candy Kunafa with Cream

Ingredients:
500g Candy Kunafa
200g Cream
300g Butter or ghee
Honey or sugar syrup
Crushed pistachios for garnish

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Grease the baking tray with a layer of butter.
  2. Place the first layer of Candy Kunafa in the tray, then add a layer of cream filling in the center.
  3. Add the second layer of Candy Kunafa on top of the cream filling, then pour the remaining butter on top.
  4. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
  5. Once baked, drizzle cold honey or sugar syrup over the kunafa as desired.
  6. Garnish the top with crushed pistachios for a special touch.
