Baklava with nuts.

Ingredients:
1 pack of Candy Baklava (2.5 kg - Chef's Pack)

 

Ghee or butter

 

Sugar syrup or honey (as desired)

 

Mixed nuts for filling

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Spread out the baklava sheets on a cutting board.
  2. Cut the baklava into evenly sized small squares.
  3. Place an appropriate amount of mixed nuts in the center of each square.
  4. Bring together two opposite corners of each square and gently press them to form a "flower" shape.
  5. Arrange the baklava pieces on a baking tray.
  6. Drizzle an appropriate amount of ghee or butter over each piece.
  7. Bake in a moderately hot oven until golden and crispy.
  8. Once out of the oven, pour cold syrup or honey over them, as desired.
  9. Arrange in a serving dish and serve warm or at room temperature.
