Fillo Pastry Tray with Cream

Ingredients:
1 pack of Candy Fillo Pastry

 

Cream for filling (filling as desired)

 

Butter or ghee

 

Honey or sugar syrup

 

Crushed pistachios for garnish

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Grease a baking tray with a layer of butter or ghee.
  2. Layer the fillo pastry sheets one by one in the tray, brushing butter or ghee between each layer.
  3. Place half of the fillo sheets in the tray.
  4. Add the cream or your preferred filling evenly over the pastry.
  5. Cover with the remaining fillo sheets, brushing butter or ghee between the layers.
  6. Cut the pastry into squares or your preferred shape.
  7. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately pour cold, thick syrup over it.
  9. Garnish with crushed pistachios as desired.
  10. Serve warm or cold.
