Shredded Kunafa for Nabulsi Kunafa
Ingredients:
1 pack of shredded kunafa for Nabulsi kunafa from Candy
Ghee or butter
Sugar syrup or honey
Mozzarella cheese
Crushed pistachios for garnish
Preparation:

Grease a baking tray with a layer of ghee or butter.

Spread an even layer of shredded kunafa in the tray.

Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at a suitable temperature until the kunafa turns golden brown and the cheese melts completely.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with sugar syrup or honey as desired.

Garnish with crushed pistachios and serve hot.
