Candy Cream Kunafa Tray

Ingredients:
500g Candy Kunafa

 

Cream

 

Ghee or Butter

 

Honey or Syrup

 

Pistachios for garnish
 
Preparation Method:
  1. Place a layer of ghee at the bottom of the tray.
  2. Add the first layer of Candy Kunafa over the ghee.
  3. Spread the cream filling evenly in the center.
  4. Add the second layer of Candy Kunafa on top of the cream.
  5. Top with the remaining ghee.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. After removing from the oven, pour the cold heavy syrup over it, as desired.
  8. Garnish with crushed pistachios
