Dubai Chocolate Without a Mold
Ingredients:
1 pack of roasted candy
Pistachio sauce
Chocolate bar
Parchment paper
Preparation Method:

Place the pistachio sauce on the roasted candy in a bowl and mix them well.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

Place a piece of parchment paper on a flat plate, then add the first layer of chocolate.

Spread the chocolate using a spoon to cover the layer completely.

Place the plate in the freezer for a minute to let the chocolate set.

Add the pistachio-filled kunafa over the set chocolate layer.

Place the second layer of chocolate over the filling to cover it completely.

Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top for decoration (optional).

Return the plate to the freezer until the ingredients are fully set.

Once out of the freezer, it’s ready to serve.
