Baklava with Nut Filling

Ingredients:
Candy Baklava sheets
Ghee (or butter)
Mixed nuts
Honey syrup (or sugar syrup)
 
Instructions:
  1. Take a sheet of baklava and spread it on a flat surface.
  2. Leave a 4 cm space from the beginning of the sheet and start folding. Leave the last 4 cm without folding.
  3. Place the mixed nuts on the folded part, leaving some space between them.
  4. Brush ghee around the filling on the sheet.
  5. Fold the edges of the sheet over the filling.
  6. Cut each section that contains the filling, then fold the unfolded parts.
  7. Turn the sheet to form the shape of baklava.
  8. Place the baklava in the oven until it becomes golden brown.
  9. After removing it from the oven, pour honey syrup (or sugar syrup) over the baklava.
  10. Place the baklava on a serving plate and garnish as desired.
