clean water - baking powder - yeast - sugar - wheat flour - Carbonato

Conditions for preservation and storage:

Freezing -the product is kept well frozen at a temperature of -18°C until the expiry date printed on the package.

How to prepare : 

Place in hot oil over medium heat while frozen

 

Common mistakes during cooking:
  • The oil being cold
  • The quantity of the qatayef being too large
