Ingredients :
Quarter of a kilo of chopped konafa
100 grams of ghee
1/2 portion of the cooled Qamar al-Din pudding recipe ( its ingredients: dissolve the starch in the water, then add Qamar al-Din with the water soaked in it on the starch, and light a medium heat under it, add the sugar to the starch and Qamar al-Din mixture , stir well, let the mixture boil with Continue stirring and stirring for five minutes until the mixture thickens, then add the vanilla or rose water, stir a little, and then remove the pot from the heat .
Ground pistachio for garnish
Cold honey (see ingredients in our honey recipe)
Method:
• Rub the konafa with ghee, stack it well in the mold, and bake at 180° until golden.
• Leave to cool and lift onto a serving plate.
• We put a quantity of cold pudding and with a tablespoon we put the Qamar al-Din pudding on it and form a marble shape with a fork or knife.
• Garnish with ground pistachio and serve with honey .
